I am always a sucker for a marriage of convenience, and this one was sweet and funny, as all Emma St。 Clair books are。 I enjoyed these two cinnamon rolls defrauding the government but then actually falling fast for each other。 Helps when you start with a crush。 And can I say I am On Board for Van’s book。 Heat level: 1。 Closed doorThanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC。

The book was so good I wish that I could give it more than 5 stars but unfortunately it's the highest and I love bailey and Eli so much and his mom, and sisters bond with him and bailey is so much fun。 I love that they gradually fell for each other while engaged and also married。 My favorite line in the book is a text between them about a bouquet of periods The book was so good I wish that I could give it more than 5 stars but unfortunately it's the highest and I love bailey and Eli so much and his mom, and sisters bond with him and bailey is so much fun。 I love that they gradually fell for each other while engaged and also married。 My favorite line in the book is a text between them about a bouquet of periods 。。。more

[ARC REVIEW] this book was such a feel good book。 Eli and his character was the cutest, sweetest thing ever。 I love his relationship with his mom and how much he cared for her。 I loved how he continued to look out for Bailey even when he barely knew her。 Bailey opening up throughout the book was a beautiful process。 The team’s relationship was so fun to read about。 This book was a really quick and easy read for me。

So cute!!A Groom of One's Own was such a cute book! It was so easy to root for Bailey and Eli because they're both such likable characters。 And, I must say, I seriously loved the nicknames that the Hopkins family calls each other! This was a great book and a great addition to the Appies' team series。 Watching each of these hockey heroes fall in love--even if it's only with my imagination--is so fun。 Can't wait for the next book!
